Like 40 deg C hot!
And everyone huddles in the shade!
And there isn’t that much of it!
These Cheetah have rather full tummies…I hate a heavy meal on hot days…
Phew – he can’t get a breath in edge-ways..
If you go to Kaligadi take an air conditioned car! It’s really hot there!
And finally, late in the evening when the sun has gone down…the Kadigadi looks like this:
Our daughter, Philipa took these photographs with my Olympus camera…
Lovely set of pictures. The poor Secretary Bird under the tree with his beak open. Shade such a premium.
Looks like tis panting, doesn’t it? It was VERY hot – never less than 38 Deg in the four days…eina!
Did you have a lot of fun?
I didn’t go . Our daughter, philipa took our car and my camera and went with her friends leaving me with her little car. So no. The only fun I had was driving her little audi A3 around
How lovely for them. What an experience. Inherited your camera and takes lovely pictures. Bless her. An Audi 🙂 you go girl xx
I thought she would need to pray fingers off the steering wheel, but actually not having to worry about the pot holes in and around jhb was much more relaxing. But sure, you can zip around in that little car
Hookoya missus…lo speeding fines:)
True – but she’s gotta pay! I have a Zim registered car, so I won’t have a problem with any she got!
Great photos Philipa.
Thanks – my camera though! Pity she didn’t have the new one – imagine the photos! I got a Panasonic FZ1000 and very happy with it
