These images were taken at Big Toms, Robins Camp in Hwange National Park. It was very dry and water was drying up all over the park.

Wow. Superb. Love the video. What are the other animals entering the picture?
The time we spent at Little Toms was fabulous – we were all alone in the look-out and spent most of the day there, just watching! What was strange about this video is that the zebra had hung about, hesitant to approach for hours and then when they finally got to the water, had a big barney – kicking each other – stomping about, as if they would notice a lion when they were doing that! The other animals coming into the frame are kudu – the ones with the short horns are males. Impala are drinking in the top photo
Oh dear. That is looking a little worrying. Zebra looking in quite condition so far. Are there any waterholes in the park?
Zebra always look data! The only time I have ever seen them thin is in 1983 at doddyburn ranch in the lowveld. They are either fat, or dead! The parks and private individuals ensured the water didn’t run out.
